Qiu Ze,

Our support staff contacted you and assist you to pair up the homeplugs. However, it has been confirmed that one of your computer's ethernet port is not functioning.

Tried on an alternative computer and the ethernet port is working.

Do not hesitate to contact us should you require any further assistance.

Thank you for using Sineoji HomePlug Powerline.

Great Interest in Sineoji

Dear Sineoji,

After looking through all the reviews on the Sineoji Thread, I am really interested in the 1800Mbps Homeplugs. I just subscribed to a 1gbps plan. The service providers have came and installed the ONT and also tested the speed at the ONT to be at 950mbs~.

The issue here is I am currently using some Aztech homeplug which can only give me speeds up to 20mbs at my 2nd level floor.

I would like to arrange an appointment with you to test trial the 1800mbps homeplugs. I dont mind purchasing them first for the trial.

Subscribed speed at 1gbps@myrepublic.
Home area is around Simei.

Tried to PM you but your mail box is full!

Hi Robin,

Kindly PM a number where I can reach you to schedule our support staff to measure the condition of your powerlines at your premises and how it is responding to the 1800Mbps HomePlug when the MIMO kicks in.

PM Sineoji for the 1800E model after reading good review here.

Came on-site to understand my problem and also clarified my misunderstanding : apparently 1800E model does not has wifi feature that I had initially assumed it has. Proposed the 500E pairs (cheaper) and it works magic!

Now my MBR (room furthest away from the hall where my wifi router is located) has 80-90% wifi signal coverage and my daughter, my wife and myself are ALL able to watch Youtube concurrently without any connection issue.

Thanks to Sineoji for solving my long-time problem! They do not hard sell but try to solve your problem :s47:

Hi Robin

Our support staff visited your residence today and diagnose the best wall socket in your room at the 2nd floor. The current homeplug that you have from an alternative brand is achieving a download speed between 20 to 30 mbps on the 2nd floor from your bedroom.

Connecting a Sineoji 1800mbps homeplug at the designated wall socket in your room, the download speed is 200mbps.

Hope this gives you the heads up.

Do not hesitate to contact us should you require any assistance.

Thank you for using Sineoji Homeplug Powerline.

Thank you for sharing this information.

It may not make sense for me to sign up for the 1Gbps plan.

I'm not even a user of any Sineoji product but I just want to say that many companies should learn a thing or two from your service and sales support.

Kudos Sineoji, I hope this tradition doesn't die out even as you become a bigger company.

Excellent service. Happy user here.:)

When MyRepublic starting last time also same, very good.
Now you know I know. :vijayadmin::vijayadmin::vijayadmin:
