Are we kelong on derby days or what? How many have we lost in a row to mackems? Or are we on a mission to single handedly save them from relegation? :(

We are also the only team who are helping other teams to gain championship league status next season too! :s12:

Took a look at last night line up - Jack Colback playing left defender while Gutierez playing CM and Abeid on the bench. Did not have much confidence hence went to bed early, guess it was the right choice for me!

Another 2 loses while the bottom team gain points, we will be in relegation zone soon. Will not surprise me at all if we are relagated this season.

I am not a Newcastle fan but from the 35 points that your team having secured to-date, and with 7 games still left to play, I do not think Newcastle would be a relegation candidate much even though the games coming up may be tricky with the current form that your team is hitting.

Your defining moments would be the home games against Swansea, West Brom and West Ham at home. A further 3 points would most likely be sufficient for your team to stay in the EPL.

When is Papiss Cisse coming back from suspension. He is the player that you all misses.

Thanks for being optimistic, really appreciate!

I am like you when JC took over in Dec 2014. We are probadly at 32 points - cannot recall. Now after 28 games played, only 3 wins under JC. We shoud be comfortably on 40 points by now!

In BPL there are 38 games being played home and away. Let's say JC is in charge of all 38 games, how many win/points can we get?

Usually I am very confident when team such as Swansea, West Brom and West Ham playing us at home but not this time this season. Hope I am wrong. Will Cisse makes a different, I am not too sure either. He should be back in the last 2 or 3 games for us.

Personally, I think this year 38 points will be safe. And I believe for the next 7 games for the Geordies to gather another 3 points would not be a problem, no matter how bad JC may be.

i do have a feeling we even have problem with getting a draw~:s22:

i think relegation battle will be tight.. 35pts is no longer the safety net
QPR managed to trash another team jus over the weekend... and bottom teams will all fire up towards the end of the campaign.....

38 is risky. I still feel 40 is the usual safe zone. With Pool & Spurs coming up, I doubt our chances to get anything from those 2 games. Swansea & Westham I also only see us drawing at best. So the key games for us are against Leicester, West Brom & QPR. We have to beat those teams. Hopefully.

AP is on honeymoon luck just when he joined us on 1st season. Next season he will be struggling. Oh, why our JC do not have such luck? :s11:

Liverpool is like a wounded lion now and depending on their match against Blackburn on 8/3 in the FA Cup Semi's, Newcastle's rendezvous with them in Anfield on Sunday is mere bad timing and I believe Liverpool would be out to slaughter Newcastle to try to put themselves back on track. If they were to lose points to Newcastle this weekend which is highly unlikely, it is as good as they have given up on the EPL race liao.

Ashleyout.com is now a thing.

Maybe we should all put together some money to fly a banner demanding for Ashley's head on the Spurs match.

Difficult to see us winning any games this season. :(

Wonder is it a good thing if were to be relegated and Ashley sell out.

why let AP go CP ?

AP is not good enough either.

His track record duing the last few matches has been awful. Only his first season with us has been a rare miracle that he has carry with him at CP now. Under him, no young player has been given a chance. Tactics wise, it is alway the same week in week out, home or away. I am not convince even if he were still around, our result can be better. :(
