Can u recommend any dental lab? do u know roughly how much it cost, i only need the top set done.

There are many labs. The local ones I know are crystal lab, orient lab, resoure lab. Ask them don't destroy the model after it is done. Cos some labs do that...

Hi TS. Thanks for sharing in this thread. Hope you can help answer some of my questions.

1) Quite often my gums bleed when I brush my teeth. Why is that so? Any solution?

2) Any good tooth paste to recommend? And earlier on you mentioned should just spit out the toothpaste and not rinse. How come ah?
This toothpaste okay bo?

3) Does type of toothbrush really matter? I see some cross action or whatever, costs so much more. Are they worth it? Is it good to use an electric one instead?

4) Where is your clinic? Don't mind supporting fellow EDMW-er. If got discount of course will be better haha. About time I visited a dentist. Haven't gone for a couple of years.

1)Its very likely you have gingivitis. Unless you have not gone for dental cleaning for a long time. Brush around the gum margins in rotational movement. Make sure you brush gently. If not your gums will recede fast. You should see the bleeding getting less overtime as your gums get healthier.

2)Don't use non fluoride toothpaste. You need fluoride to prevent decay. Any normal brand in supermarket is ok.

3)I only use simple toothbrush. Colgate slimsoft. Please use soft toothbrush. You don't want your teeth to wear fast.

4)Moi work in government. Last time in private. hehe
