Yup, check at the end of the day around 8pm as selection can be scheduled as late as 7+pm..

If u have limited budget, you have to go with HDB options as u can use CPF to pay.

I am opting out after seeing my friend's HDB BTO both tiles or vinyl resilient flooring looks horrible and hard to maintain. I do not want to suffer for 25 years.

my friend told me to opt for hdb flooring so that it's easier to do overlay. she said that she didn't opt for it and end up having to pay more. don't know how true.

Not really lar..Outside tiles and design plays a part in the package prices mah..If you are given a choice to choose from different design/colours, surely u wont mind paying abit more isnt it?

And that is for straight tiles onto concrete floor..

If you're planning to overlay, you dont need tiles below..All you need is cement screed..

I do rem reading a post not long ago about the warped tiles hdb contractor uses for ocs..

If you're scheduled with an appt, you can login my hdb page to find out the number of ppl scheduled for appt right up to the end of the day..

You can check around 8pm..Last appt should be 7.15 or 7.30pm..

Hi anyone into discussions on this BTO at paya lebar ? Seems to be a prime location near paya lebar hub and next to circle line and downtown line.

Are u talking about the one next to macpherson mrt? it is very good location imo. but completion taking a bit too long? think about 4-5years

4 lifts for 82A and B . I wonder if 2 lifts will serve level 1 to 10 and the other 2 serves level 11 to 19? Like bukit panjang but they have level 40. Hahaha

Nah, unless it's highrise like what u mention about BP and also a similar height project at Clementi..

My fren's BTO at Punggol 20 storey like that also lift serves all level..

U can log in my hdb to see the queue number served for the day. Based on the number of units left which u can check.
