don't you think like this time Qualcomm sabo everyone with their snapdragon 810? Now manufacturers I think also don't wanna be too overreliant on a particular manufacturer liao

Then again, there are only that many options around~ :o

Lol you anyhow read this thread you know what it's made of liao....

1. Self-healing plastic back
2. Gorilla Glass 3 I think on the front but can curve one
3. POLED screen
4. Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, but it throttles
5. 13MP camera with laser focus
6. 2GB of RAM in Singapore unfortunately :(
7. Full HD 5.5-inch screen.

Who thinks the G Flex2 would've been a much more popular phone if it had 3GB of RAM? 2GB of RAM seems so yesterday now...

Then now the rumour is that the G4 has 3GB of RAM but a Snapdragon 808 processor. Seems like we can't have the best of both worlds huh?

At least it doesn't edge halfway #whyedgehalfway :s13:

Ah well, there's always the version with bigger storage and which comes with 3GB ram~ :o Though I must say using the weight bearing capability of 25Kg as a selling point is quite novel~ :o

does the LG flex 2 have wireless charging? :o

No wireless charging included. Only the Qualcomm fast charge for the 3000mAH battery.

can charge the battery back to 50% in about 40 minutes.

No problem.. It is a very good phone with snapdragon 2.5ghz quad core processor with superb standby battery life.

Yea but the top part does get hot with some use~ :o Still, the battery life is, like you have said, superb~ :o

actually nowadays people will use backcover for their phone so back self healing abit not much in use for LG G flex 2 if only the self healing work on the screen or front area for G flex2 it will be much better

But most ppl use screen protector too lol so also not much use.

if got anti finger print and dirt technology will be good too...:(:(

haha... well, the screen got dura guard and the back casing got self-healing. The Verge review indicate that the glossy surface doesn't collect fingerprints easily. might be the material combination for the self healing.

I read from somewhere even the dua ki version in Singapore still comes with 2GB RAM for some reason... They hate us bah.

Anyway, for self-healing front, that's a good idea but I wonder if can work with Gorilla Glass? Actually, why not just make the entire front plastic sua, then we will never get broken screens :)

Like what others have posted, they reserve the top end versions with 3GB ram for their domestic market and maybe Japan~

Plastic can still break mahz, no?:o

I wonder camera did not follow Sony put 1/2.3" sensor?

I am back home, ok continuing on with my thoughts on the phone.

Processor/chipset/GPU
These days, we are using our phone more and more often. For me, the amount of time I spent on my phone is even more than the time I spent on the computer. More advanced games are also being developed. In order to enjoy playing high end mobile games such as Asphalt series, the chip set in a phone is getting more important. Think of it like the GPU/graphics card in your computer. Without a good chipset, games will run sluggish and slow.

The LG G Flex 2 is well equipped with a powerful Qualcomm MSM8994 Snapdragon 810 and Adreno 430. This powerful mobile GPU will ensure that you will be blown away with excellent graphics and gameplay. Be prepared to take mobile gaming to a whole new level!

Its not only games that require a good gpu/processor. Watching high definition movies/videos also require a good chipset/gpu. The powerful gpu/chipset will render and ensure that your videos will be played smoothly.

Camera
These days, we are always on the go and having a good camera on our phone will ensure that we will be able to capture moments in great clarity. With the LG G Flex 2, you are always ready to capture precious moments anytime and anywhere.

The LG G Flex 2 features a 13 Mega pixels (4128 x 3096 pixels), laser autofocus, optical image stabilization and dual-LED flash camera.

The video recording feature is outstanding too. The phone is able to record videos at 2160p@30fps and 1080p@60fps.
