Did 2 sets of 7 min workout and i sweat buckets.. sweat can drip to floor while planking...

Yup better than running for 1 hour hahah

These days I also do HIIT with kettlebells

4 x tabata sets (4 mins each) haha

Kettlebell swings? Thrusters? Single hand snatches? Front squats?

Swings 8 x 20s

Jerks 8 x 20s (alternate hands)

Shoulder press 8 x 20s (alternate hands)

Straight lift dead lifts 8 x 20s

Usually use 16kg bell :)

Mcdonalds create your own has option of lettuce. But only at two outlets. Usually go for CJ low carb burger.
