After sometime it will be back to norm as upgrade usually clean up some cache and memory. Finally Miui will not make it and you have to reboot once a while.
After one week, it's still running smoothly without a need to reboot. Looks like the they have really improved the new firmware.
Mine works well too. Stock browser is laggy. Going to try chrome.
Chrome is resource hungry. Try CM browser.

This Oppo Mirror 3 seems to be targeting Redmi 2 with its specs, but the price is almost like 2 times of it...

Try using it as wifi hotspot then back to wifi mode.
What about? Did it and no issue.

our network can only use the 联通 [a.k.a. FDD-LTE] type
Seem good for you. I use it as wifi hotspot. After use, I turn off hotspot but wifi refuse to connect back to wifi access point. Has to reboot to fix it.
No issue for me too.
Updated to MIUI 6.5.2.0 yesterday, so far so good.
