Think some may have the misconception that big unit means like that. Fact is, don't mean buy a big unit will get that feel and look. Local style is crampy in nature somewhat, even with big unit, each rooms are small. They cannibalised more than 3 bedrooms and a storeroom to get that kind of spacious roomy airy feel/look. Quite like some typical ang mor house feel. Not easily achieve if not willing to sacrifice enough rooms to do it.
