Hah SSD quite looong ago...but well 3k++ pieces dunno shd blame them anot. Dunno how long they gonna take to ship. Maybe i shd go bricksworld find spare parts.

BW don't sell spare parts, unless you're taking about PAB which have very limited selections. Your best option is go ToysHunt or SC.

I find the higher the piece count, the higher the probability of fixing the wrong pieces during build. Backtracking to correct it is a bitch, especially Technics.

I requested for some small missing parts before. Took 6weeks.

Missing pieces so common these days... what's happening to the QC :(

At the other end, some people encountered extras in a set.

The SG AFOL forum got people having 200 over extra parts in duplicate bags plus Minifigures in the Jokerland and Fairground Mixer etc.

Was at the Expo electronics show just now, the queue is like 10 times worse than queueing for LCS store opening!

Reached there at 11am which is the opening time and already had hundreds of people queueing outside. Interestingly, saw a lot of foreign workers queueing too.

Went to the Expo IT fair again today, managed to get the Galaxy Note 3 for my wife :)

Queue number 118 when I reached there around 9:30am. The first few in the queue were there around 6am!

For the new BW outlet at Vivo no mention it's a LCS right?

RWS one is good if you're going in. Otherwise putting a LCS in Vivo is good sense.
