Doctor has actually recommended dosage of 1500mg and the vagril brand. Anything suitable to recommend in iherb instead? Thanks.

oh, then should be quite safe ah, my door bell spoil riao, can i call them to just leave it at post office then i self collect?

The one recommended earlier by Bel.SG appears to have Glucosamine sulfate? So can get that? My FIL also eating the Q&N one, hoping to buy some for him too.

Duke bakery is awesome.
Bread is fresh, smells good, taste good.
N they offer to cut the bread for u!
The bread that I gotten has fermented grape yeast.. which is supposed to be good right. Haha.
They do list down the ingredients of their bread as well so you can spot which are with eggs / milk / cheese

Instead of the usual melon strips, I like the above. Really very fragrant! It comes as a big solid block so need to either use a knife or hammer to break it up. Just bot 2 packets from Sheng Siong on Thurs at $3.50 each n then i saw it at Big Box ytd, $3.20/pack or $6 for 2!!

Bot these from big box ytd

Pumpkin, $1.90 for 2 (total wt abt 5kg!)
Papaya, $1.30
Guava, 80¢ for 2
Korean grapes, $2.40 ( used 5 pcs to flavour my water kefir, smells awesome!)
Also bot a 1kg pack of frozen pork liver to add to dog food..
Still tired from lugging them home!

Wow. Your pumpkins look huge. I saw the one from giant and they don't live up to their name, they are really small. Maybe Giant to ants.

Haha the ones fr giant supposedly weighs ard 900g according to their advert whereas big box advert says 900g to 2kg. There were lots of tiny ones at Big box too but of cos big ones more interesting lol

Between my son n I, we have a total of 48 to date! Have not redeemed any yet. Wonder if can ask mac to extend the expiry of the etickets so can use for my son's pri sch's bb. They always fit in a mac meal for the boys during camps. Next camp is just a wk after the eticket expiry..

Have heard of Duke but haven't tried. Bread looks huge n the white one looks especially yummy!
