More ram if on a budget... if got cash why not both..

Just becareful of processor stepping.. example 3930k c1 stepping have a bug and VT-d flag not working.

because ddr4 2133 2400 cl15 cl16 vs ddr3 with lower cl

Eh. Skylake really does lose because overall bandwidth is still higher Modern IMCs are not CL sensitive.

Nope. Not at all. Maybe 2400 if you're paranoid but 2133 is plenty to get by.

Not much diff between it except 3000... you can feel tiny diff... abit faster...
