Ern.... 2 of the 4 properties are new properties, which means cannot be sold.

Sg property next year July then reach 4 year full. Sell now there will be huge ssd incurred.

Petaling jaya property is tenanted. If I sell
Liao, I dunno whether my tenant can find similar house mah.... Scared will trouble her family.

Stock all lose a lot Liao, sell Liao also no value.
