1. Boil water add salt to cook linguine. I use barilla cook for 7 minutes.
2. Add olive oil to pan. When heated add chopped garlic and slice chilli and fry till fragrant.
3. Add sliced cherry tomatoes and bunashimeiji mushroom and fry for a minute.
4. Pour some white wine and when start to boil, add in clams, prawn and squid. Cook for about 2 minutes.
5. By then pasta should be boiling for about 7 minutes, scoop up, drain and throw into seafood sauce and cook for about 1 minute so pasta can absorb the sauce.
6. Drizzle some olive oil and throw in chopped parsley and stir.
7. Ready to serve.
