Btw, just need some further opinions. I am thinking to get electric shaver off Amazon BF as im still using Gillette Mach now, but i feel that the cartridges are rather exp and prone to rusting, and i also don't use that often (around 1-2 weeks once). I want to upgrade once and for all.

I initially wanted a wet rotary shaver since it can shave more flexibly and closer after reading guides and asking for opinions. I'm still gonna use together with shaving cream and warm water. My skin isn't the sensitive kind but i just wanna be safe. Many sites points to this Braun one:

http://www.amazon.com/Braun-3Series..._n_is_free_international_shipping:10236242011

Still can't decide between foil or rotary as i don't really much beard, with predominantly a few goatee hair. I am pretty much beh hor guy. How guys? :o
Anyone?? :o:o

It uses 2 AA battery. Yay.

Idk man... I bought that exact shaver. To me, a shaver is to shave. Nothing else. Correct me if I'm wrong.
So i don't really need a good shaver? Does Philips service centre locally offer purchase of UK plug charger?

Are the trimmer bits parts purchasable locally? But i see this one only supports dry shaving. I still don't feel safe without my shaving cream. :o

Most likely yes. They do sell their products in Singapore. But I always dismantle and use a compressed air can to clean it. Cos the blades haven't rust.

When you shave don't press too hard, then you will not get the itch/burn effect. Even if you do get it, just take some ice cubes and press it against the area. I find that highly effective. :D

Phew. Managed to copy out most of the data from my WD Green.

Just wanna ask, is it okay if after I copy out all the data, I clean-format the WD Green (using the 'write zeros' option in WD Acronis tool) and reuse it?
1) if i do a complete erase of the disk by writing zeros to all bits, will that wipe out all bad sectors?
2) then i buy a toshiba 2TB 7200rpm HDD and pair it with my WD Green. Will a 5900rpm WD Green work with a 7200rpm Toshiba in software RAID 1 ('mirror volume' in Disk Management)?

Or is it better to spend more and just buy 2 Toshiba 2TB to software RAID 1?

Bad sectors will remain bad as the HDD controller already marked them permanently. Zerping will only occur on those healthy sectors.

And why get Toshiba when you just had nightmare from your WD?

Get HGST la... :s22:

Where to find HGST 2TB?

Edit: Fuwell and Cybermind selling HGST Enterprise 2TB for ard $200. That's twice the asking price compared to other brands. Is there a way to obtain the cheaper Hitachi 2TB drives (the ones Hitachi sold before being converted to HGST)?

Isn't putting ice cubes just numbing the effect of a poor shave? :s11:

Isn't the proper way to open up your pores with hot water and shave with cream?

I only put ice cubes when I decide to be dumb and press super hard. Don't ask me why. I also don't know. Yes, it will numb the effect, but the effect subsides by A LOT (IMO)

I just shave whenever I feel irritated. Is cream really that important? Never use it before.
