Ok, finally received my wave 1 128alu in hougang. As mentioned by others, really ninja, received only 1 sms on 25th said item with ninja and no other information including tracking no given till now.

Got mine already, delivered 12.33pm at Simei, 64GB Alu. This pre-order very stressful, my first time doing this. Haha! But so happy! Can't wait to go home and hold it...so geek. But need to go Starhub first to change SIM card to nano.

Change Microsim to Nanosim in telcos, need to pay? I think can just ask the guys from any phone shop to cut it out for a small fee.

Yes, if u have read this thread, it's been mentioned many times. It's chargable if u ask for SIM size change (if ur current one is not 3-in-1 type). The advise was to use an "excuse" to get a free replacement.

Uh-oh unpacked my phone and installed the system update, the update failed with error and now my phone is stuck in bootloop. Tried to factory reset and still not solved.

Since bootloader is not unlocked, I can't flash stock also. Anyone got any advice?

This phone to unlock bootloader, you need to go to developer settings and enable OEM unlock. I'm stuck in bootloop and can't even access these settings.
