If wan go Alishan, Hehuanshan, SML n ending in Taipei how? From Taipei can take HSR to Chiayi for Alishan right? From Alishan how go Hehuanshan? Driver possible to pick up at Chiayi HSR to Hehuanshan or mission impossible? My driver say help me book e minsu at HHS if me goin. Mayb can skip SML? Afterall Alishan n HHS nice scenary liaoz... Thinkin next yr Winter.

Taipei -TRA-> Chiayi = 3hr 10mins
Chiayi -if bus up-> Alishan Main Recreation Area = Almost 2hrs

Alishan to HHS if drive is like 4hrs 30mins..

Alternatively bus back down to Chiayi then TRA to Taichung then book driver to go..
Bus down = Another 2hrs
TRA to TC = About 1hr
Car up to HHS = About 2hrs 30mins..

Usually from Chiayi up Alishan or vice versa, can find ppl share cab/mini van one..

Kinda use to his post..Same old how much for this, how much for that

Depends on how long u going..If go Osaka, cannot skip Kyoto riao..Even for my 10D trip recently, i also cover Tokyo abit nia..That's why planning another trip just solely Tokyo(Probably day trip to Hakone)..

If land and depart from Tokyo and planning to go Osaka then is must buy JR Pass..

If like 7D and dont wana headache, just stick to Tokyo..

What's the agenda or purpose of doing so? to tell ppl u got a better deal? to show them ur price sucks, my one so cheap can buy few times?

If they gonna go, they gonna go..If they are comfortable with the prices and dates..They are not likeaboss, have control over when they can take leave to go, friends who wana go but have to plan for their leave.

So end up, does your posting of cheap ticket helps?? Nay..

Thnx! As u know, I haf only been to Taiwan once. A bit sore abt missing a huge portion of HHS n so thought of doin it again next yr. Any suggestions where to go other than Hualien n Cingjing? I jus nid to cover other places which incl HHS in Winter...

Not much choice since wana skip CJ and HL and wana go Alishan then HHS..The distance is far between this 2 so gonna be prepared with a driver..

After HHS is another headache cos ideally, most would continue on to Taroko then HL before going back TPE..So for your case, u gonna go back down TC then go TPE..So it's like wasting quite abit of time travelling just to cover HHS..

Ya... tt would b beri ex. I would rather save up longer n go longer trip than a few shorter trips cos air tix not cheap... 6 hrs plus flight right? For me, i will die of boredom so best save longer fly once gao liaoz... he plan to go how long?
