How much BF did you have then, and how much BF do you have now?

no idea about BF, the last time I paid to get my BF measure the result was f up.

when I started my journey 4 years back it was to get my blood pressure down

start @ 190++kg close to 200kg, BP 200/10

Current is 105-108kg, bp healthy

Assuming you were 150kg, losing 14kg a week is definitely possible. But that is exceptional and doesn't apply to persons in the more typical range, say, <100kg.

This diet sux big time. Cut calories too much and nutrients unbalanced.

And skipping breakfast is stupid. Bf is the most important meal of the day.

Actually not really. Alot of research show skipping breakfast have alot benefits to health.

No hard & fast rule re BF.

Whatever the case may be, TS' diet sucks big time. He can workout like hell but he'll still be a lump of lard if he doesn't change his diet.

So I said "few sane people" can or should lose try to lose 4kg/month and upwards.

Of course, you were an exceptional case, but probably aren't anymore. If you try to lose 14kg/month now... :D

well losing weight wasn't the goal more of a bonusLoL, getting my BP down was the main goal
