I am using Singtel 3 in 1 package.

i was talking to a singtel technician who does home broadband support..
asked him which telco he using for his own home fibre.. m1

My data usage quite big coz it is my entertainment.
Then the 3 in 1 gives me some % discount on monthly handphone Bill. I get the yearly handset upgrade as well. So every year, I will get 1 iPhone at very low price then resell it at high price.

Why not switch to M1 $29 fibre and prepaid? Cheap cheap.

Most fibre users seldom recontract in case oversea/address change or may cancel it/switch operator soon.

By forcing user to re-contract would caused most user to starhub/singtel

Does singtel do the same? I thot singtel will charge the same price as last contract ended... but often the last contractual price is higher than new singtel contract.

Singtel will allow price to remain unchanged until you recontract. But they have the right to change anytime.

Maybe this is how m1 tries to lock in customers ba. Either one or another.
