Saw on Uber thread that PayPal also got cross border fee, so have to use pure Amex card if want to avoid the charge.

I didn't get charged when i last used it in Nov.

Could be his paypal was registered on the us site, or they could have changed it just recently.

If I spend 60 on last day of October, this rebate is for October or November?

If it settles directly on 30/10 count as Oct
If it get 702 which settle the next day 01/11 then count as Nov
Straight forward.
Just don't wait until end of month do it now.

- If I registered new card with the new account, how much time will it take the registration code to arrive on the mobile phone via SMS?
- If I make purchase with Imagine card before I register it with the portal, will these purchases count towards the rebate amount?
- If I ordered new Imagine card with existing Imagine card, will be the purchase counted as ordinary transfer? Here I topped up another Imagine card and purchased new Imagine cards. Both transactions are described as 'Purchase - EZ-LINK PTE LTD (IMAGINE CARD)'

No, unless the amount is more than 1k will ask to split, most are ok.
