You've heard that iKON's B.I and Bobby will be making their very first variety show appearance on the upcoming episode of 'Running Man'. And even before the episode has aired, there are already news coming out on how they impressed everyone during their recording.
Both iKON members were said to have stood out and wow'd the cast with their awesome fashion and amazing dance moves.
The Christmas special episode will air on December 20, and it will be a special episode indeed. Remember way back when, about a decade ago, when SBS 'X Man' was all the rage? That's exactly the concept they're going to have in the upcoming 'Running Man' episode.
The guests include both stars who received a lot of love back then from 'X Man', as well as today's popular stars.
Although the two members were nervous about their first variety show appearance, when they arrived in their characteristic fashion, the other people were said to have tried copying their style. And in the dance segment, they impressed once again with their skills.
As a side note, Bobby had shared in past interviews that the variety show he most wanted to go on was 'Running Man'. So his wish came true!

This is actually like a dream come true. For Bobby and B.I to appear on a variety show, and for that episode to be a remake of 'X Man'. Stay tuned on December 20!
Kim Jong Kook wowed his viewers with his self-control. Kim Jong Kook made an appearance on the December 14 episode of “Crisis Escape No. 1″ along with Kim Ji Min, Jung Tae Ho, Park Ji Yoon, and Lee Jung Min.

On this episode, Kim Jong Kook shared his plans for the end of the year with his viewers. One schedule that drew everyone’s eyes was the “Goodbye 2015 party” on December 30.
Then Kim Jong Kook said, “I only drink twice a year.” He then said that one of those two occasions is the Goodbye 2015 party. He said, “I party with the friends who run after the awards show,” presumably referring to the “Running Man” cast and the SBS Entertainment Awards.

Sajaegi (chart manipulation) has often been a big issue in the Korean music industry. But it's something that's very difficult for music download sites to track and control. But they're going to try anyway.
According to some representatives, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a meeting regarding sajaegi back in November 20. Among those at the meeting were LOEN Entertainment, KTMusic, CJ E&M, Bugs, Soribada and other music distribution companies.
They talked about policies, major sajaegi patterns, and discussed what measures and policies could be implemented to prevent it from happening.
They talked about the problems of releasing new music right at midnight. According to representatives, sajaegi usually occurs in the middle of the night. Music releases typically come out at noon and midnight KST, and the representatives are considering eradicating midnight releases altogether.
It's easier for something fishy to get unnoticed when it happens in the middle of the night, as opposed to during the daytime, and there are less users online at that time. It's being said that sajaegi is easier to do at this time and thus more likely to happen.
Even if sajaegi is caught happening in the middle of the night, it is said to be harder for the staff of these music site companies to solve the issue as quickly [compared to daytime].
Because of this issue, midnight releases were stopped temporarily in the past. But it started up again because of the competition in the music industry. And when large agencies decide to release their music from top artists at midnight, music sites have no choice but to agree with it.

That is why reports are saying new music releases might not come out at midnight in the future. Stay tuned for updates.
