It seems like that article says progressive lens got different types, cheaper progressive lens your vision can only see limited area, is it true?

Short sighted lens cheaper lens is it one type only? I use before no brand short sighted lens seems still alright.

Spectacles are very cheap nowadays thanks to Owndays who changed the market. Last time spectacles with lens can easily cost $300 - $500. Singaporeans tio carrot for so many years. Now all spectacle shops have to lower their prices and practices in order to survive.

I just made a pair from owndays. $158 less $20 voucher $138. Needed a pair urgently as my under 2 year old tag heur hinge gave way and the shop that I bought from is closed today.

I think the convenience of having a replacement pair almost immediately is already good enuf value for money.

I was told by owndays optician that a pair of replacement 'leg' for my tag huer cost $280. Right now I am not sure if I would still spend that money to replace.

Anyone made specs in Malaysia before. Is it cheaper than the value for money shops in sg?

You must know what you're buying. I've met s person who's glasses were 40% below retail here.
Another paid the same price and didn't receive the correct item... Meaning he overpaid... Still insisted on arguing about it and demanding prices based on the price he got cheated at...
