I hve used 65diagou and sgshop. My feedback:
(1) Payment: 65diagou allows to do a direct bank transfer to their bank acc. in sgshop, u pay using credit card and you hve to pay extra for the cc admin charges. 65diagou is better.

(2) Speed of delivery: I have very lousy experience with sgshop. (1) My item has arrived at their guangzhou for 4 days without any notice from them (sgshop procedure is they will sms you once item arrived at their warehouse). Finally i called them and asked what happens. Only then they sms me item arrived at their warehouse and ask me to choose delivery method to Singapore. Secondly, if you choose to do self-collection at Japan Home, it would take another max of 4 days after arrival in spore. 65diagou is very speedy. It is at least 5-8 days faster than sgshop. I self-collected my item the second day after item arrived in Spore.


conclusion: forget about sgshop.
65diagou is definitely better.
And I would be even happier if there is a better agent.

correction : sgshop also does have the bank acc transfer.. is the same as 65daigou

but i do agree with u 65daigou is much faster compared to sgshop. for eg, their econ sea 65daigou is 8-12days and sgshop is 12-16 days, alot of difference and much cheaper as sgshop charge a clearance fee at 0.98cents

no other better agent for now, based on my experience using most of the agents.

what is the name of the forwarder?

Just to updated.
I tried the email contact in Singapore stated in their web site and was told that there are no link between with this China forwarder since last year. Tried the email 业务部后勤操作 is also rejected.

that's why I say its not good, must pay the xtra 500g for shipment after adding to the actual weight. got any agent nvr charge 1.1x

I'm quite new with Taobao and only used Prouter for my 3 purchases so far. They are pretty ok except for the fact that no SMS alert during delivery. Also, they may classify seemingly innocent items/large items as restricted so better check before buying. If ur items get labelled as restricted, just chat with Prouter, in my case they were still able to ship.

Below is their delivery speed, for reference:
1. Consolidate 15th dec, received 18th dec
2. Consolidate 19th dec, received 28th dec
3. Consolidate 31th dec, received 5th jan

All shipments transited thru Hong Kong. Local courier was initially Airpak, recently changed to Simplypost.

I will stick with Prouter in future too.

I only 2mths experience on TB. I never want to ask this but since you quote me, I just let you know and I dont expect an answer anyway.

Not that I don't want to give skycart a try but remember our fb chat on 8 Dec 11.40am. I ask abt a book title and you guys gave the reason on 9 Dec 3.47pm that you guys cannot buy it due to copyright reason but this very book will be deliver 2mr to my home by 65Daigou. If I ever use your service, how do I know that the item I want to buy can be ship by you guys or not. don't tell me you expect me to ask every time b4 I made any purchases, that's going to increase your workload and troublesome for everyone.

i found PRouter speed ok for those times i used. Only issue i have with them is their classification of certain things as sensitive vs 4px. However i will use them for those non-electronic things vs 4px as they are cheaper and service /timing seems good as well.

Skycart, how come your volumetric weight calculation is divided by 5000 whereas other shippers like 65, is divided by 6000? Like tat even if 65 charges shipping based on 10% more shipping weight, likely still to be less

yaloh is no good loh, tats y i nvr use agents for now..

now i buy direct from TB loh... use the forwarder, cheaper as it goes by actual weight, not vol weight
