On a sidetrack, I think she made a mistake at the personal level. Not sure if she is aware, but if she completed two terms of MP, she is entitled to free medical care for life plus pension.

It is better that secularism is strictly maintained with OB markers on religious issues that can divide society. If the government gives in too much, there could someday be a situation where the church is effectively able to rule Singapore. Pro family is a pretence to campaign for their religious ideals.
