Really depend on the tiongs liao. Sometimes I feel they got some news release that we don't see, hence the selldowns

EIA report out later today, DJ futs points to red (although recovering). So could still be another bounce from the cat

There are cny short term deposits in china (must go china and open bank account) and they are offering like 60-90days 3-4% int rates.

The interest rates have been decreasing for the past 2years thou. It used to be like 4-5% and it has dropped in tandem with china slashing int rates.

But jin scary one banking there.. Like no law wan.. For eg, dad bank account.. I can just take his passport go withdraw $$. They said i hold his passport means i authorised to withdraw liao. Also heard of horror stories that the bank teller/manager did unauthorised transfer and ciao with the $$$

Now they also clamping down on underground money lenders.. If u remit large sum of $$ from singapore to china and your agent (can be moneychanger etc) suspected to be 地下钱庄，hong kan liao.. Ji tao freeze your $$ and say investigation. I heard can last 6mths to more than a yr.

In China the government is law, really can do anything.
