The remax MicroSD's died whilst in benchmark as noted by review.. Bad batch? maybe. Any acknowledgements from them? nope.

I see no reason to buy anything other than Samsung or Sandisk, as microSDs have dropped so much in price. I do have a Remax 16GB which I picked up for less than 2 dollars, which I use for backup.

SanDisk, Lexar, Kingston, Barun, Transcend are on the top of my list.

Same, managed to get it that cheap thats why can buy for benchmark nia ;);)

PNY seems to have its share of relatively high complain of failures.

SanDisk, however, I would put on a slight hold soon since it remains to be seen what exactly will WD do to them after the acquisition.

I have a Lexar 32GB which I bought because I wanted the free card reader. Lexar is good but seems overpriced.

First time I heard of Barun.

Heard of Micron? Lexar is by Micron.

Lexar uses mainly MLC which are better in the long run than TLC, and MLC itself costs more than the TLC nands.

Follow the microSD benchmark and you'll see them ! :)

Dispute no use must really chat to the seller until he guilty and send out or refund .

I blacklisted those type of sellers already .
Its seems they also own shops in qoo10 and place shopee users in lowest priority .
Rep in shopee is not impt to them one cause no fixed deposit like qoo10 anytime can happily bail out screw us shopee users lol.

I think shopee shld introduce fixed deposit for sellers with more items to keep them committed giving better service not half **** service like what we are seeing now .

Send out items only 2-4 weeks pui! Users are like treated like dirt in shopee:(. You buy @ ebay china sometime even faster .

Albeit there are rare good shopee sellers like missmissy , akiba ,etc .

thanks for the info.

I didn't receive the order. pointless talking to the seller, nothing will come out of it. I opened a case for refund, and seller disputed it. just wonder when Shopee will decide the case since it is 9 days already since the dispute.

Did you check the FAQ?

Once a buyer initiates a Return/Refund request, the seller can raise disputes to Shopee at any time before the default refund deadline. Shopee would refund the buyer if there is no action from the seller within 9 days for a Return Request and within 5 days for a Non-Receipt Claim.

http://shopee.sg/faq/#3301

If seller dispute, +10 days or more.

How does Shopee resolve a dispute?
Upon receiving a dispute request, Shopee will investigate the dispute and attempt to come to a fair resolution. We require the buyer or the seller to submit relevant supporting documents listed here within a prescribed time limit. Shopee will try to complete the investigation within 10 days from the date the dispute is filed.

There is action from the seller - the seller disputed your claim within 9 days of dispute. Try calling up shopee helpdesk tomorrow and see if they are ruling in favor of your or the seller. My sense is that if it is via non registered mail and the seller did indicate something like "any receipt via non registered, seller is not responsible" you don't have much of a case unless you can find evidence in the comments section abt many other people also not receiving their items

I usually harrass the seller into admiting they did not send out items in my chat lol

Sometimes things DO go missing... If seller has proof of postage to show that he sent out... then who's liable in this case?

I usually will send the postage proof in disputes.

Whilst we cant blanket all to be bad or good, some sellers are just weird in a sense that they don't even want to reply to queries.

Anyway, i bought the Xiaomi batt from Maxtech.
Ninja van: next day delivery
Maxtech sent it out on the day that was supposed to be the original "deliver by" date and never responded to a single query of what was the tracking number.
Now I know why you guys kbpb about him... His envelope though shows he's a big time Qoo10 seller? :s11:

if the proof is a video of the mailed item being dropped into the mailbox or a Singpost certificate of posting, that is a definite proof of postage. if it is a picture of the mailed item with stamp and address, I cannot accept that as proof of postage. the seller might have mailed it or not too.

if the seller clearly stated in his sale listing that he is not liable for lost mails and has a definite proof of postage. in this case, as a buyer, I will accept it as my loss. no KPKB.

One thing I do not understand is, why some seller just cannot reply even if they are "online"

seller replied them, they also will not confirm buy the item, so reply for what ? if it is an after sale question, seller got sale already, don't need to reply too.

some buyers asked for discounts - ignored. some asked questions that were clearly stated in the sale listing - ignored. some asked common sense questions - ignored.
