It just shows being a good player won't result in becoming a successful manager...but there are always exception..but only a handful.

Agree that Gary the pundit will never be the same again after his failed Valencia stint.

Take away credibility.

His only rebuttal could be "have you managed before?", " have you managed in La Liga before?

Giggs should take note at what is happening to his ex-team mate Gary Neville. Gary Neville said his Valencia was looking forward to play against Barcelona. Barcelona whacked Valencia 7-0. Barcelona players wished they can play against Valencia every week.

Notice he often get the win for LvG. He played against Derby & Stoke & Man Utd started scoring 3 goals in each of those 2 matches.

Gary's opposite number this morning was a good player who went on to become a successful manager. Some may argue that he has a talented and big squad but it takes good management skills and tactics to handle such players and getting them to play together.
