If you click on the "e-ticket" or "visit seller's store", there will be a unique e-ticket code which is 13 digits long.

I just redeemed some purchases at Emperor Brand and they copied that e-ticket code and some other numbers in their records apart from clicking and confirming the purchase on my phone.

Issit the one with the pin? I remember printing email with this and qr code for self collection. The person say have to print nice nice the qr code then they can scan. I think some only know how to use the scan code, some know how to use either bah

You choose delivey by qxpress or self collection? If self collect, once payment is cleared your online order status sld show something like this

Think qoo10 going through some validation process which is affecting all orders.
