anyone using this card as ezlink? how come they still charge me auto top-up fee of 25c per reload. i thought this amount is supposed to be waived?

yea saw this. so the rebates will only be in during the next billing cycle la?

when trying to top up, no popup on my firefox, but IE is ok. any idea how to solve.
no popup prompt from firefox

change your security to allow popup. whenever a page tries to popup, firefox will notify you on the right end of the url panel. click it.

I know what you are talking about, I'm a regular user of Firefox. However, the issue is, when I use Firefox, there is no popup at all. Not blocked. No popup at all. Wasn't like that in the past. Don't know if it is due to updating Firefox to latest (44.0.2).

My Imagine Ez-Link card failed at MRT this morning. Checked at the passenger counter, card failed due to insufficient amount at AMEX purse and my Ez-Reload is auto cancelled. I checked my transaction history: $50.25 deducted on 10 Feb, $50.25 deducted on 17 Feb (Failed as I only have $49 in my AMEX purse). My Ez-Link purse still have $42 and AMEX attempt another deduction?? To activate my Ez-Link back, I paid another $50.25 at Passenger counter and the staff advised me to change Ez-Reload to credit card instead.
