You could have waited for Huawei service day next Saturday ,free labour cost, only pay for the spare parts , battery $50
IMO, I'd feel safer with my phone repair by them

All spare parts prices are subjected to 8% GST (Y2023) and 9% GST (Y2024).

From 2nd Jan 2024 the following is revised;

Repair Labour Costs & Admin Fee: (This Fee only applicable to Out Of Warranty, Water Damaged, Non-manufacturer's Defects Repair)
Mobile phones, Tablet, Audio & Wearables : SGD 55.00 (inclusive of GST)
PC,Matebook,Monitors: SGD 85.00 (inclusive of GST)

T&C:
- All prices are subjected to change accordingly to bank exchange rate, except for Repair Labour Costs & Admin Fee
- All spare parts prices are not inclusive of Labour Costs & Admin Fee & GST
- Reference price of common non-warranty spare parts.

Ok thanks, I will go on Huawei service day on every First Saturday & Sunday of the Month, which is on 2nd and 3rd Nov.

It was the best phone for me. After this phone i gotten oneplus 9 and s23u, both feels rubbish compared to mate 20 pro. If only huawei never get banned I will still buy huawei.

Totally agree, Mate 20 Pro was such a solid phone! newer phones like OnePlus 9 and S23U just don’t have that same feel. Huawei had something unique—shame about the ban

That's usually because the battery has bloated. Once they replace the battery, it should be back to normal, assuming nothing else is damaged.
