slow starhub mobile 3G - writing to IDA

for those who experienced slow starhub 3G data, provide me your email and name if u agree to send this to IDA. i will include u in the CC list.
once gather enough names, i will send this to IDA, and a few others. hope this will get starhub attention to do something.

dear IDA,

we are writing in to plead with you to help us.

we are subscribers of starhub mobile. we felt that we are not receiving acceptable service from starhub.
In this case, it's our 3G data speed (on smartphones) that is totally unacceptable to us.

we have discussed amongst ourselves on forum (hardwarezone forum), and found that most of our 3G speed are constantly below 1mpbs, and in my situation sometimes impossible to get connected.

Our friends on singtel network consistently register 3G speed above 0.50-2.5 mpbs, while those on M1 seeing speed above 2-3mbps.

When comparing to our friends on Singtel and M1 network, we felt we are unjustly paying for such sub-par service with no recourse.

we have made numerous complaints to starhub, and all fallen on deaf ears.
we plead with IDA to help to investigate if our findings are true, and hope to give us a fair assessment of our plight.

Starhub is not stupid, I am sure they know the problems existed but have no solution for us.
So they pretend and act blur, treat it as an isolated case for individual customer.

Starhub, Solve your backend issue asap and come clean with your customers!
A very disappointed customer.

My 3G network is non-existent when I am at home in Hougang area. As for roaming outside using my iPhone 3GS on StarHub 3G, very slow most of the time. I am very amaze that my StarHub 1Mbps mobile BB is getting much better and far faster connections than my 3G mobile network.
