I went for the selection assesment on 21 feb and today which is 18 march i went for medical check up

Ohh we both went for SA on the same date. My medical check up is on 21st of march. When did u recieve the email for medical and are u a pre enlistee?

wow that means u got ur medical checkup notice much faster then expected cause normally only pre enlistee would progress this fast

Thought I would like to give you guys some advice since I had nobody to ask when I went for my tea session.

Take this very seriously, it is a group setting. So treat it like a formal group interview where each one of you will take turns to answer the questions listed in the email.

Don't be fooled by the term 'tea session' as an informal setting. There wont be any tea served by the way.

This is the first stage of your journey towards DEI. They are looking for your motivation to join as a DEI and also your leadership qualities.

Yes. whatever you said, the other candidates will listen. Likewise, you will also listen to them.

You guys will take turn to answer your questions listed in the email. Yes, there will more sub-questions posed to you by the HR officers depending on your responses.

Anyways they just called me, I’m going down the bond signing session on 26 March and start training on 9 Apr

From my understanding, the results of the tea session will be made known to you between 2-5 working days.
