Hey bro, so far any news or update regarding the Body Composition Assessment (BCA)? Did the HR say anything about it?

I got offered the SCDF role so I think my BMI is okay.. No news from SPF yet but I gave them a bump and they asked for a referral.

Prob to double check your blood content. May be due to iron deficiency or other medical conditions like thalassemia or could simply be to double check. Don't have to worry too much if these conditions have not been flagged out in the past.

what if you get flagged for iron deficiency and thalassemia. Is it an automatic disqualification or will you still be able to be offered?
