Desktop shuts down while play DOTA 2

You said that it CTD ( Crash To Desktop ) when you're playing games

That points strongly to GPU issue since you have changed your PSU

You do have a spare GPU ( Integrated GPU )

Take out your GPU and try DOTA 2 with integrated GPU, see if it crashes
