Can I have some recommendations? Will need monitor, maybe kb and mouse. But I don't really see the need for gaming peripherals.

Depends on how you see it. Gaming peripherals will definitely have the upper hand over normal peripherals. Such as for instance gaming mouse with programe buttons. When you dota 2 It will give you the ability to cast slightly faster over than the traditional mouse and keyboards.

Mechanical keyboards. Once you go mech kb you wont wanna use membrane kb.

If really want to learn can always google/YouTube/search for guides.

If worries about damaging the parts, do it slowly or see examples is how to install in correct way.

Don't get the reference versions. Go for the non reference versions with custom coolers and the temps will be totally fine.

Cause cheap for 90% of the perfomance but might have reliability issues

I also don't know how much to pay him. Most likely i pay him according to how much normal shop charge :x i think i need to book a timing also right? I just need him to help me assembly as for installation of os and driver i will be doing it myself

Just let him know in his thread bah. For me i would give around 30-50 bah idk if its too low but shld support him. But bro nigel doesnt mind so much he's a very nice guy

u can try assembling it yourself, theres a youtube video out there. i assembled my one with just a youtube video, most impt thing is just make sure you install the standoffs and dont short your mobo
