CPU+MB: Intel Core i5-4460 + ASRock Fatal1ty B85 Killer @ $342
RAM: G.Skill RipJaws-X DDR3-1600 CL9 8GB Dual Channel Kit [Red] @ $114
GPU: MSI GTX 970 4GB GAMING OC @ $565
SSD: Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB @ $175
PSU: Seasonic M12II-520W Modular 80+ (5Yrs) - $99
CASE: Corsair Graphite 230T @ $119
Monitor:AOC 23” i2367FH (IPS) LED/HDMI/Spk - $239
Keyboard:K70 RGB Cherry MX Red-$245

Total:$1863

Posted this a few days ago~ and now updated it. For the monitor im looking for a 23-24 inch IPS display probably around $200-$300 don't need all the the refresh rate stuff, just need to look good. The budget is $1.8k - 1.9K therefore i have to remove the HDD in place for a premium keyboard.~

However for the keyboard i'm probably gonna wait till Lazada have a sale or do they even have one? or a promotion with -XX% and stick with my Armaggeddon AK-700 for the while.

Or can anyone suggest a keyboard with wrist rest and backlighting LED with Cherry MX red switches?

For storage purposes,i would probably add a HDD in the future as mostly i would be playing Dota 2 and a 250 GB SSD can probably fit the OS,Dota 2 and 2-5 other games~

I'm no pro at this. But I'd get a cheaper SSD, same capacity and upgrade the PSU to a Superflower Leadex 550W 80+ Gold Full Modular.

I think paying 30 dollar more to get it gold certified is not a good deal. For SSD what brand would you recommend the samsung evo 85p seems to be the fastest

Order from amazon. SSD and ram are a lot cheaper from there.

Personally, PSU is by choice. A good PSU (not just brands but its parts too) can last you for years down the road.

If even wanna stick to Seasonic i'll rather go for S12G 80 Plus Gold series. You'll lose modular cables but gain significant energy efficiency at similar cost.

I rather get CM NovaTouch than Crapsair K70 RGB...

Why the hate on Corsair keyboard ? :( I think their RGB series are a beauty or i might get the r70 vengeance if im on a budget. The novatouch seems overpriced for a basic keyboard with good switches?

Corsair software has a lot of issues :(

Tried a lot of times to get the corsair link to work on h100i.

Led also have very short life span. If you take off the LEDs from your rgb they are also a set of normal keyboards with good keycaps :s22:
