1 hour 30 mins waiting time for this carrot cake

had this carrot cake earlier today. it's is quite nice, liked the chye poh that comes with the carrot cake and the carrot cake is slightly crispy at the edges.

as for 1 hour 30 minute waiting time... not worth waiting that long for carrot cake or any standard dish in general to be honest
