1 Long 2 Short Beeps

Hi everyone, I am new to PC building, I get 1 long 2 Short Beeps when trying to boot up my PC. What can be done to resolve this?

Specs:

Intel i7 6700
H170 ASUS PRO
ASUS GTX 1060 DUAL 3GB
250GB SAMSUNG 850 EVO
1TB HDD WD BLUE 7200RPM
COSAIR MODULAR CX650
8GB SINGLE CHANNEL CL15 KINGSTON

No memory detected? Are u using ddr4 ram? Make sure to press down hard.

Graphic card not detected, re-seat the graphic card, ensure the gold fingers are fully insert and not tilted.

I am using a DDR4. I re adjusted my ram but still having that error. My bios is unable to boot up

Have you checked whether did you supply power to your graphic card?

check and see if the power plug onto the board are they are properly clipped?
