I guess for those are landing in KIX, the Icoca & Haruka package will be a good choice. With this new system, there is no need to refund because there is a high chance you will go to some other area of Japan next time.

suica is better due to our nfc enable phone can scan and check $$$
and this appls also work on our local nfc mrt bus card too
