Guys. My laptop slowing down. think because of my fan which is vibrating which it think is spoilt thus making my laptop hot and make my laptop on 100% CPU usage and becomes slow. My question is whether can i just buy a laptop cooling pad or must buy a new fan to solve the high CPU Usage problem?
