My singtel mobile plan is expiring next week, and I am gonna jump to Starhub because my broadband is under Starhub also.
I understand that most (or all) telcos offer this $100 handset voucher, for example, when I am eligible for recontract, singtel offer me $100 handset voucher so that I will remain as their customer. I believe M1 and Starhub does the same, have friends who told me about it as well. Now that I am technically gonna be a new customer of Starhub, I think I will kind of be "eligible" for this voucher. But my dad called them and they say no promo leh (cannot give $100 voucher).
Was hoping if any of you could share some tips and advice as to how can I make them give me this $100 handset voucher
