1000 gaming rig enquiry

Hi, this is the first time I build my own PC. My budget is about SGD1000-1100.
The main use my PC is to play games like FF14 and some MMO online game.

I don't need monitor, keyboard, mouse and software.

Anyone can advise if the following spec can meet my budget? if will be good if you can advise which store i can go to.

Asrock H87 Performance
intel i5-4670
DDR 3 4G RAM X2
WD HDD 1TB
Sapphire HD7850 2GB
A PSU about 600W
A casing
DVD drive

You dont need a H board. A B board will do. Next you dont need a 600w psu. 550w is more than enough with spare power remaining. And get the 7870 myst as it is a tahiti base chip.

Can you explain what is the different between H board and B board? Why is it B board more suitable for me?
And, is MSI board reliable?

H board his more sata ports. Unless you are connecting more HDD then it is worthwhile getting H if you connecting raid. If not B would suffice.

Asrock boards aren't very good. I'd suggest Gigabyte, MSi or Asus.
I'd recommend you splurge on the video card.
Get a bigger PSU, 1000W would be better.
If you can afford it, grab a Lian Li Housing.
Otherwise, everything else looks good.

Why 1000w if you're not going to SLI or Xfire? My rig has 520W with power hungry AMD 5850 & i5... it ran with no issues.

i am running on a asrock board so far so good.

1000watts is overkill snd waste money u want more space can go for 750watts

From experience actually, I find running with extra power helps, especially if you're like me and run a huge amount of extras under the hood. Not having to worry about not having enough power when modifying is a good thing.
