He was never going to make it to the USA regardless, as long as he doesn't commit fully to their causes. It has nothing to do with the recent USA official snub or HGY advisor. Have a look at DPP's huge military purchases in the past months and you know they already have USA's endorsement right off the start. DPP have already secured the cooperation and trust very early on. Money and real action talks.

Nothing new, this recent development is just USA's direct way of saying don't waste your time you are are not welcome.
