11B Replacement Delays

In July last year, I gave my 11B to my camp's pers node for replacement as part of my portrait was defaced. I filled up an application form and they gave me a temporary 15A that expires in October last year.

However, there was still no news regarding my 11B even after October. Thus, I went down to pers node in November to enquire why my 11B is still not done. I was shocked when they told me that they couldn't find my application form when I clearly filled one up back in July. Instead, they asked me to fill up a new form and gave me another 15A that lasts until this month.

However, after I go to pers node again today, I found out that they didn't even submit the application form to CMPB and gave me another new 15A that expires in March.

Should I still continue to wait like a kumgong or do something about it?

Ask your unit to complaint or you feedback to your MP.

After ORD, more headache if you got ICT or Mob callup without 11B (by then your temporary 15A that expires again).

Pers = Personnel.

Other than Node, there is a higher level one called Hub.

Anyway, they deal with servicemen admin matters.
