12 Infraction Points for posts made in 2011

Hi,

I received 12 infraction points out of a sudden on 16 Jul 13, for posts made in more than 2 years ago! Even I had forgotten about it.

I was banned for 5 days and I had no avenue to seek redress except for providing a feedback via the contact us page. Sadly, no one gave me a reply until I sent my 3rd feedback.

Is it fair that HWZ issue 12 infraction points posts made more than 2 years ago which I'm not aware of now? Most importantly, I've been adhereing to the regulations for god knows when! Furthermore, when was this regulation implemented? If it was implemented post 2011, then it is not fair to ban me for that.

i'm curious too... of late, the admin doesn't seem to look into posts before making corrective decisions.

Dear Member,

Your ban was properly justified. Rules against advertising/transactions have been in place in the Degree Programs and Courses forum have been in place since 2003.

The rules are stuck at the top of the forum.
