12V 150W adapter using 5.5mm jack

As in the title, i am looking for a 12V adapter of at least 150W but still using the 5.5mm jack.

I found some products on Aliexpress but not sure about the quality - looking for IC protection like over-voltage etc.

Can anyone advise where to buy or suggest a specific model to look at?

I bought my 120W from taobao from a seller who also sells mini systems; they wouldn't risk killing their own systems with bad PSUs.

If you want reliable, mod a Xbox 360 psu

Are you looking for a thin itx power adaptor?
There is a shop in SLT ( Forgot what brand, unicell? ) hat specialises in batteries / adaptors.
Can bring your item there for a test fit.

Thanks. I will take a look. I am still planning a build for Ryzen based APU. All I have is a case right now (Realan W80). Bought a few things including RAM but did not buy main items like mobo, CPU and PSU.

Unfortunately the case power port is dictating the maximum 12V supply to 12amps (5.5mm). Did not realize the port is so restrictive.

Thanks. That's an idea. I will take a look.

A bit worried that 150W adapter may not be enough for 2200G but forced to limit to this because my case only supports 5.5mm jack. Outervision PSU calculator recommends 188W.

My Realan w80 has serial ports. If can modify/adapt to use other jacks then the power choices widen considerably. But not sure if I can do this or what tools I need.

12V 150W is about 12.5A current. May be 5.5mm plug is little under spec.
You may want to try those PC ATX power supply that is capable to supply more then 12.5A on 12V and modify it. Conside more the one 5.5mm plug for safe.
