Just get the MSI r9 280x Twin Frozr edition + Superflower HX600 $529.

Just wait for next week then see how it goes.

Plus for the ugly wire situation just get a few $15 Silverstone PSU wire extension. It is ok to hoot it. No issues. You will need it for most cables as the 750D is really too tall. Be it whatever PSU you take.
