$1700 budget pc build

Hello bros its me again, i have built my own pc which have a 2.5k budget thanks to all your suggestion.
This is my build:

Mobo: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming
CPU: Intel 4670K
GPU: GIGABYTE R9 290 4gb OC windforce
RAM: Kingston HyperX Beast 8gb kit
CPU cooler: H100i
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250gb
HDD: WD Blue 1tb
PSU: S12G 650W
Case: Fractal Define R4
Keyboard: Corsair K70
OS: Win 8.1
Monitor: Qnix Evo ii qx 2710
Speaker: Edifier e10
Wifi: Asus N15

Now my brother jealous and he wants a pc like mine, but he only have 1.7k budget .

Could yall suggest a build for him , as he don't need to be as good as my build,
he require it to be able to play dota full settings without lag, batman arkham origin without lag.

Please include keyboard and monitor and OS
