The script for Part 3 may be written long time ago.
Just that the CENTRAL have not approved it yet.
So, the pre-quel have to be generated to make some money.
However, the 1994 movie seems to be too lacking in depth as compared to the original.
I dunno whether the missing script writer is the cause.

I think Part 3 will be edited and released eventually.
However, it will not be the version that every one like.
