It's definitely not to make money. My uncle bought many years ago, so it's just his second home. He uses for weekend holidays now he's retired. Can't profit for sure

I got a JB Airbnb property. generating about $10k-$11k per annum for the past 3 years. 5% yield on $200k outlay. plus it provides me with free stays and a mailing address in JB which has its perks.

SG gahmen should just block all transactions of more than 5 digits for uneducated boomer! Just like there is AI status for very risky financial products, there should be one created for real estate asset class as well!
