Appreciate to put "Singaporeans lost money buying Malaysian properties..." in the title...

Kinda misleading and wasting people time thinking it's Singapore properties.
How to get view clicks if he adds "Malaysian properties" in the title? :ROFLMAO: This Loo guy will do anything (threaten, shame, "blackmail", beg) to get viewers to subscribe and like his video. He even has a political office holder in one of this video to drive views. All for the love of money. Such a sad and pathetic case.:(

This is the reason why we should only rent instead of buy overseas properties. Did any EDMW members make money in overseas properties, be it good rental yield or decent capital appreciation?

It's definitely not to make money. My uncle bought many years ago, so it's just his second home. He uses for weekend holidays now he's retired. Can't profit for sure

What he said is very true.
Never take things for granted.
Never assume it will work.
Never assume 100% sure can.
No such thing even in Spore.
But sg property has a much better chance of appreciating, or at least developer won't run road

I got a JB Airbnb property. generating about $10k-$11k per annum for the past 3 years. 5% yield on $200k outlay. plus it provides me with free stays and a mailing address in JB which has its perks.

And is ten times more expensive bro, SGD300k vs SGD3m to SGD4m for a landed property and ten times more expensive to maintain too.

The swim coach sounds like uneducated boomer. I bet he didn’t read the condo prospectus or even do any due diligence! He probably doesn’t even understand the legal paperwork! SG gahmen should just block all transactions of more than 5 digits for uneducated boomer! Just like there is AI status for very risky financial products, there should be one created for real estate asset class as well!
