Would like to ask some suggestion for my build
my budget is around 1k~1.2k

CPU-i5-7500- 242
MOBO- Gigabyte B250M-D3H 164
GPU-Gigabyte GTX 1060 3gb 375
DDR4 8GB CORSAIR LPX 2400 MHZ DUAL 125
EVGA 650 (gold) PSU 125
Case- Techware F3 Elite 59
SeaGate 1TB 7200RPM 64

Is it good enough for 1080p high setting game?

Depends on the game, but high settings with a 3GB 1060 will be pushing your luck a bit. But it will vary from game to game

Everything seems fine. Probably u will experience some limits with a 3GB GTX 1060 and without sdd. See if you could squeeze in a ssd, any budget one also can. For the case, maybe you can consider Xigmatek Frontliner. FOr the F3, I personally found it to have a poorer build quality. I had troubles with screws when fitting in a PSU. The screw holes does not seem to be aligned with the holes on the psu thus I only secure with 3 screws and had the bad encounter with such quality. There are other cases to look at that budget too.

The new processor is also coming soon probably November. You might want to wait to get the newer gen.

GTX 1060 is enough for any game (except maybe Deus Ex: Mankind Divided) at 1080p high setting.
But you should wait for Coffee lake CPU or choose Ryzen 1600 if you want to get now.

Go for AMD Ryzen or wait 8th Gen Intel Coffee Lake. Don't bother with the 7th gen Kaby Lake.

If you are going to build your system now, then it's more worth it to get a AMD Ryzen CPU as Intel will be releasing their 8th generation Coffee Lake CPUs in Oct/Nov.

You should install your OS and games in the SSD as the loading times will be faster than a hard disk.
